The interdisciplinary collaboration of our DHC consulting leadership team, spanning the regions of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, ensures the quality of our thematic orientation, our methodological expertise, individual approaches to projects and timeliness of the topics, as well as the innovation of our solutions.
Matthias Bothe, CEO of DHC GmbH, studied industrial engineering at the University of Kaiserslautern. From 1991 to 2001 he held various positions in the IDS Scheer Group, most recently as Director of ESCATE AG. Prior to that, he served as General Manager and as a member of the extended management of IDS Scheer AG, and was responsible for supply chain management worldwide.
Carsten Fricke, DHC’s Competence Center Manager of SAP Consulting, has nearly 20 years of consulting experience in the process industry. His specialty is the integration of SAP QM in logistical processes, including all related functions. He was instrumental in having developed and often implemented DHC’s SAP-based QM solutions (e.g. eLIMS).
Andreas Jung, Competence Center Manager of IT Compliance, studied biology (genetics, biochemistry and virology) at Saarland University. From 1998-2008 he worked in various positions in medical research on virology and cardiothoracic surgery, before moving into consulting for DHC in 2008.
Christoph Keppner, Competence Center Manager of IT Service Management, studied computer science at Saarland University. He began at DHC in 2002 as a student, and since 2007 has been active in Consulting.
Adrian Klein, Industrial Unit Manager of Automotives, studied mathematics and economics at Saarland University. He started his career at ISTEC GmbH, a consulting and software company for IT and logistics in the automotive industry, where he held various positions, most recently serving on the Board of Executives. Following several different consulting jobs, he came to DHC in 2012 and has since been responsible for the automotive sector.
Heike Regitz, Competence Center Manager of SAP, studied economics at Saarland University. She began her consulting work in 1999 at DHC GmbH in Saarbrücken and in 2002 transferred to DHC AG in Switzerland. Her consulting specialties include logistics processes and integration Management.
Daniela Schmidt, Senior Consultant, studied business administration with a special focus on business information systems, Industrial Management & Controlling and Organization & Personnel Management at Saarland University. She has been an Integration Manager and responsible for the development of the DHC method since 2005.
Stefan Staub, Staff Manager, studied Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen and the National University of Singapore. After graduating he made his way through several jobs, both at home and abroad, before starting at DHC AG as a junior consultant in March 2006. Since 2012 he has been part of the management team of DHC AG, and is a staff manager responsible for personnel marketing and personnel development.
Christian Steffensky, Competence Center Manager of Project Management & IT Strategy, studied computer science at the Saarland University of Applied Sciences after working for a while as a banker, and has been at DHC since 2006.
Stefan Temps, has a degree in industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg. From 1996 to 2000 he worked as a Senior Consultant at DHC GmbH in Saarbrücken. He has been the CEO of DHC AG since 2000, which represents the products and consultancy business interests of DHC group in Switzerland and Austria.
